การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (กฟผ.) โรงไฟฟ้าแม่เมาะ มีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างเหมาขุดลอกบ่อตากสลัดจ์ (Sludge Drying Bed) และลำเลียงทิ้งภายในพื้นที่โรงไฟฟ้าแม่เมาะ เพื่อจัดการกับสลัดจ์ซึ่งเป็นของเสียจากกระบวนการผลิตน้ำใส โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อรักษาพื้นที่บ่อตากสลัดจ์ให้สามารถรองรับปริมาณสลัดจ์ที่เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ป้องกันปัญหาสลัดจ์ล้นออกจากระบบซึ่งอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และป้องกันผลกระทบต่อกำลังการผลิตของโรงไฟฟ้า โดยงานจะครอบคลุมการขุดลอกบ่อตากสลัดจ์ (Sudge Drying Bed Line 4/5 และ 6/7) และลำเลียงไปยังบ่อทิ้งขี้เถ้าของโรงไฟฟ้าด้วยรถบรรทุก ระยะทางไป-กลับประมาณ 8 กิโลเมตร ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่จดทะเบียนในประเทศไทย และมีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่จัดจ้างนี้ โดยเป็นผลงานในสัญญาเดียวที่แล้วเสร็จสมบูรณ์ภายใน 5 ปี นับถึงวันที่เสนอราคา งบประมาณโครงการรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มอยู่ที่ 2,140,000.00 บาท

The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), Mae Moh Power Plant, intends to contract the dredging of sludge drying beds and transportation of sludge within the Mae Moh Power Plant area. This project aims to manage sludge, a waste product from the clear water production process, ensuring continuous availability of drying beds, preventing sludge overflow that could impact the environment, and maintaining power generation capacity. The scope includes dredging sludge drying beds (Sudge Drying Bed Line 4/5 and 6/7) and transporting it to the power plant’s ash disposal pond via truck, with a round trip distance of approximately 8 km. Bidders must be legally registered entities in Thailand and possess a proven track record of similar completed projects under a single contract within the last 5 years from the submission date. The total budget, including VAT, is THB 2,140,000.00.
