โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ประสิทธิภาพสูงจำนวน 60 ชุด และชุดอุปกรณ์บันทึกเสียง 1 ชุด สำหรับใช้ในงานประมวลผลข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ งานบันทึกเสียง และการจัดเก็บข้อมูลในหน่วยงานรัฐ โดยมีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่เน้นความเร็ว ความเสถียร และความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล ทั้งนี้ ต้องเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับการรับรองจากมาตรฐานสากล ได้แก่ ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FCC, UL, Energy Star 8.0, EPEAT Silver และมีการรับประกัน 3 ปี พร้อมบริการ Onsite Service ทั่วประเทศ รวมถึงศูนย์บริการที่ได้รับการรับรอง ISO 9001:2015 อย่างน้อย 13 แห่งในประเทศไทย ชุดอุปกรณ์บันทึกเสียงประกอบด้วยไมค์ USB, XLR, ขาตั้งไมค์, ตัวกันเสียงปะทุ และ Audio Interface ที่รองรับการบันทึกเสียงคุณภาพสูง ทั้งนี้ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายโดยตรงจากผู้ผลิต และมีการรับประกันอุบัติเหตุ 1 ปี พร้อมบริการลูกค้า 24 ชั่วโมง โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของหน่วยงานรัฐ และรองรับการใช้งานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ต้องการความแม่นยำสูง

This project involves the procurement of 60 high-performance computers and 1 audio recording equipment set for data processing, audio recording, and data storage in government agencies. The equipment must meet advanced specifications including high-speed processing, stability, and data security. All products must be certified by international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FCC, UL, Energy Star 8.0, and EPEAT Silver. The project includes a 3-year warranty with onsite service across Thailand, and at least 13 certified service centers. The audio recording equipment includes USB and XLR microphones, stands, sound dampeners, and an audio interface for high-quality audio recording. Bidders must be authorized direct distributors with 1-year accident coverage and 24/7 customer support.
