องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางพลีใหญ่ได้จัดทำโครงการปรับปรุงระบบกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิด (CCTV) และปรับปรุงสายเคเบิลใยแก้วนำแสง เนื่องจากระบบเดิมที่ติดตั้งมาตั้งแต่ปีงบประมาณ ๒๕๖๒ ถึงปัจจุบันมีกล้อง CCTV ประมาณ ๔๖๐ ตัว แต่สายเคเบิลใยแก้วนำแสงไม่เป็นไปตามระเบียบการไฟฟ้านครหลวงฉบับใหม่ พ.ศ.๒๕๖๓ และมีสถิติชำรุดบ่อยครั้ง ทำให้ระบบไม่สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย ๗ ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ (๑) งานติดตั้งกล้อง CCTV แบบ IP Camera ความละเอียดไม่น้อยกว่า ๔,๙๑๕,๒๐๐ pixels จำนวน ๔ ตัว (๒) งานอัพเกรดโปรแกรม License Surveillance Camera (๓) งานระบบสื่อสารข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย Industrial PoE Switch, Media Converter และ SFP Transceiver (๔) งานระบบไฟฟ้าและสายสัญญาณ ประกอบด้วยสายเคเบิลใยแก้วนำแสงขนาด ๙๖ คอร์ ๔๕,๐๐๐ เมตร, สายทนไฟ ๔๘ คอร์ ๕,๐๐๐ เมตร, สายทนไฟ ๒๔ คอร์ ๕,๙๐๐ เมตร, สาย ๕ คอร์ ๑๖,๙๐๐ เมตร, สายแลน UTP CAT5 ๒,๒๖๐ เมตร, กล่องหัวต่อ Optical Closure, ตู้สวิทซ์บอร์ด ๔๓ ตู้, อุปกรณ์ป้องกันไฟกระชาก ๑๑๓ ชุด, อุปกรณ์จ่ายไฟ ๑๑๓ ชุด, เสาเหล็กชุบสังกะสี ๗ ชุด และอุปกรณ์ควบคุมระบบไฟ (๕) ชุดอุปกรณ์สิ้นเปลือง (๖) ฐานรากติดตั้งเสา ๗ งาน และ (๗) สีโพลียูรีเทนสำหรับปรับปรุงตู้สวิทซ์บอร์ด

ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน ๒๔๐ วัน นับจากวันลงนามสัญญา โดยแบ่งการจ่ายเงินเป็น ๒ งวด งวดละ ๕๐% และต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องไม่น้อยกว่า ๒ ปี พร้อมทั้งฝึกอบรมการใช้งานให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางพลีใหญ่

The Bang Phli Yai Subdistrict Administrative Organization is undertaking a project to improve its Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system and replace fiber optic cables, with a budget of 35 million baht. The existing system comprises approximately 460 CCTV cameras installed across three phases since fiscal year 2019. The current fiber optic cable installations do not comply with the Metropolitan Electricity Authority’s 2020 regulations on communication cable installation on power poles.

The project scope includes: (1) Installation of 4 new IP-based fixed outdoor security cameras with minimum 4,915,200 pixel resolution; (2) Upgrading the Surveillance Camera License software; (3) Data communication equipment including Industrial PoE Switches, Media Converters, and SFP Transceivers; (4) Electrical and cabling works including 96-core fiber optic cable (45,000m), fire-resistant 48-core cable (5,000m), fire-resistant 24-core cable (5,900m), 8-core cable (16,900m), UTP CAT5 cable (2,260m), optical snaplock closures, 43 weatherproof switchboard cabinets, 113 surge protection devices, 113 power supply units, 7 galvanized steel poles, and power control equipment; (5) Consumable materials; (6) Foundation pile installation (7 units); and (7) One-part moisture-curing polyurethane paint for switchboard cabinet renovation.

The contractor must complete all work within 240 days from contract signing, with payment divided into two phases of 50% each. A minimum 2-year warranty on defects is required, along with technical training for government staff.
