โครงการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) บ้านหนองโดน หมู่ที่ 1 สายบ้านหนองโดน - บ้านอ้อยช้าง ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ตำบลท่าตูม อำเภอเมืองมหาสารคาม จังหวัดมหาสารคาม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางคมนาคมในชุมชนให้ปลอดภัย สะดวก และมีความทนทานต่อการใช้งานในระยะยาว โดยมีขนาดถนนกว้าง 5.00 เมตร ยาว 1.19 เมตร หนา 0.15 เมตร พร้อมไหล่ทางข้างละ 0.25 เมตร รวมพื้นที่เทคอนกรีตไม่น้อยกว่า 595 ตารางเมตร ตามแบบรูปและรายละเอียดที่กำหนดโดยองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลท่าตูม โครงการนี้ใช้มาตรฐานการก่อสร้างจาก มทบ. 201 ซึ่งครอบคลุมทั้งด้านวัสดุ แรงอัดคอนกรีต เหล็กเสริม ระบบกันน้ำ และการติดตั้งรอยต่อคอนกรีตแบบยืดหยุ่น (Expansion Joint) และแบบยึดฝุ่น (Contraction Joint) ตามมาตรฐาน มอก. 479 และ มอก. 1041 วัสดุที่ใช้ต้องมีคุณภาพสูง เช่น คอนกรีตแรงอัดไม่น้อยกว่า 280 กก./ตร.ม. ซม. ที่อายุ 28 วัน เหล็กเสริมใช้มาตรฐาน มอก. 23 และ 24 พร้อมการใช้ WELDED WIRE MESH แทน BAR MESH ได้ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด โครงการนี้ยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการตามมาตรฐานของ อ.บ.ต.ท่าตูม เพื่อให้ประชาชนสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลโครงการได้สะดวก โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาออกแบบ 15 ปี รับน้ำหนักบรรทุก 15 ตัน ปริมาณจราจร 200 คันต่อวัน ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความต้องการใช้ถนนในพื้นที่อย่างต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน

Construction of Reinforced Concrete Road (Cement Concrete Slab) in Ban Nong Don, Village No. 1, from Ban Nong Don to Ban Oi Chang, under the jurisdiction of Tha Tum Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Maha Sarakham Province. The project involves constructing a 5.00 m wide, 1.19 m long, 0.15 m thick concrete road with 0.25 m shoulders on each side, resulting in a minimum concrete area of 595 square meters. The construction follows the specifications and drawings provided by Tha Tum Subdistrict Administrative Organization, using standards from the Ministry of Transport and Communication (MOTC) 201. The project includes high-quality materials such as concrete with a compressive strength of not less than 280 kg/cm² at 28 days, steel reinforcement according to TIS 23 and TIS 24, and the use of WELDED WIRE MESH as an alternative to BAR MESH under specified conditions. Expansion and contraction joints are installed according to TIS 479 and TIS 1041 standards. The project also includes the installation of project signage as per Tha Tum Subdistrict Administrative Organization standards. The design life is 15 years, with a load capacity of 15 tons and traffic volume of 200 vehicles per day.
