โครงการก่อสร้างป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์ LED DISPLAY โดยองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางโพธิ์เหนือ อำเภอสามโคก จังหวัดปทุมธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการประชาสัมพันธ์ผลงาน กิจกรรม แจ้งข่าวสาร และเผยแพร่ข้อมูลต่างๆ ของหน่วยงานให้เข้าถึงประชาชนทั้งภายในและภายนอกพื้นที่ได้อย่างทั่วถึง โดยจะดำเนินการก่อสร้างป้าย LED DISPLAY ขนาด 3.84 x 4.80 เมตร ตามแบบของทางราชการ งบประมาณโครงการตั้งไว้ที่ 2,700,000 บาท กำหนดระยะเวลาการส่งมอบงานภายใน 90 วัน นับแต่วันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคารวมต่ำสุด โดยคำนึงถึงประโยชน์ของหน่วยงานรัฐและวัตถุประสงค์ของการใช้งานเป็นสำคัญ เงื่อนไขการชำระเงินแบ่งออกเป็น 6 งวด และมีอัตราค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบงานล่าช้าในอัตราร้อยละ 0.30 ของวงเงินสัญญาต่อวัน โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการจัดหาและติดตั้งจอแสดงผล LED Display ภายนอกอาคาร ระบบควบคุมจอแสดงผล ซอฟต์แวร์บริหารจัดการ ระบบเสียงพร้อมลำโพง และโครงสร้างป้าย รวมถึงระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบป้องกันต่างๆ

The Bang Pho Nuea Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sam Khok District, Pathum Thani Province, intends to construct an LED DISPLAY public relations sign. The project aims to enhance the effectiveness of publicizing the organization’s achievements, activities, news, and information to reach the public both within and outside the area comprehensively. The construction will involve an LED DISPLAY sign measuring 3.84 x 4.80 meters, according to government specifications. The project budget is set at 2,700,000 Baht, with a completion deadline of 90 days from the contract signing date. The selection process will be based on the lowest total price, considering the benefits to the government agency and the project’s objectives. Payment will be made in 6 installments, and a penalty of 0.30% of the contract value per day will be applied for late delivery. The project scope includes the procurement and installation of an outdoor LED Display screen, control system, management software, audio system with speakers, sign structure, and electrical and protection systems.
