โครงการจ้างเหมาบริการตรวจเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ (CT scan) จำนวน 1 งาน มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนการตรวจวินิจฉัยทางรังสีวิทยาให้กับผู้ป่วยของโรงพยาบาลสิงห์บุรี โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาเครื่องเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ความเร็วสูง (Multi-slices Spiral CT Scanner) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง สามารถสร้างภาพได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 160 ภาพต่อรอบการสแกน และรองรับการตรวจอวัยวะต่างๆ ทั่วร่างกาย รวมถึงการตรวจแบบพิเศษต่างๆ เช่น CT Angiography ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการติดตั้งเครื่อง การให้บริการตรวจวินิจฉัยตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงทุกวัน การดูแลความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย การรายงานผลการตรวจตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน และการจัดหาบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น รังสีแพทย์ นักรังสีเทคนิค พยาบาล และผู้ช่วยเหลือคนไข้ รวมถึงการจัดหาสารทึบรังสีและวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองที่จำเป็น โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 14,000,000 บาท และมีระยะเวลาการติดตั้งเครื่องและพร้อมให้บริการภายใน 180 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา

This project involves contracting CT scan services for one lot. The primary objective is to support radiological diagnostic examinations for patients at Sing Buri Hospital. The contractor must provide a high-speed, high-performance CT scanner with accessories, capable of producing at least 160 images per scan rotation and covering all body parts, including specialized scans like CT Angiography. The contractor is responsible for machine installation, 24/7 diagnostic services, patient safety, timely reporting, equipment maintenance, and providing qualified medical personnel (radiologists, radiologic technologists, nurses, assistants), as well as contrast media and necessary consumables. The project budget is 14,000,000 Baht, with a deadline of 180 days from the contract signing for installation and service readiness.
