โครงการก่อสร้างรั้วล้อมรอบหอพักบุคลากรศูนย์การแพทย์มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านความปลอดภัยและความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่หอพักบุคลากร ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีปัญหาจากการสัญจรของบุคคลภายนอก การเลี้ยงสัตว์ในพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง และการลักทรัพย์สินในช่วงเวลากลางคืน การก่อสร้างรั้วนี้จะช่วยกำหนดขอบเขตพื้นที่ให้ชัดเจน สร้างความเป็นสัดส่วน และยกระดับมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยให้แก่ผู้พักอาศัย วงเงินงบประมาณและราคากลางของโครงการอยู่ที่ ๒,๒๗๐,๐๐๐ บาท สถานที่ดำเนินการคือหอพักบุคลากรศูนย์การแพทย์มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า ๑,๑๓๕,๐๐๐ บาท และต้องใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ ๕๐ ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด โดยเฉพาะเหล็กที่ใช้ต้องไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ ๙๐ ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ในงานก่อสร้างทั้งหมด โครงการมีระยะเวลาก่อสร้าง ๑๒๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยแบ่งการจ่ายเงินออกเป็น ๔ งวด

The project involves the construction of a fence surrounding the personnel dormitory of Walailak University’s Medical Center, for the fiscal year 2026. The primary objective is to enhance security and orderliness within the dormitory area, which currently faces issues with external pedestrian traffic, livestock in adjacent areas, and nighttime theft. The construction of the fence will clearly define the area, improve its organization, and upgrade safety measures for residents. The budget and central price are THB 2,270,000. The project site is located at the personnel dormitory of Walailak University’s Medical Center, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Bidders must meet specified qualifications, including having prior construction experience of a similar type valued at no less than THB 1,135,000. The project mandates the use of at least 50% domestically produced materials, with steel usage at a minimum of 90% of the total steel required. The construction period is 120 days from the contract signing date, with payments divided into four installments.
