โรงพยาบาลพระนั่งเกล้ามีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจัดซื้อเวชภัณฑ์ที่ไม่ใช่ยา ประเภทสารยึดกระดูก (Bone Cement) ชนิดมียาปฏิชีวนะผสม เพื่อใช้ในภารกิจด้านศัลยกรรมกระดูกและข้อ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อให้มีเวชภัณฑ์เพียงพอต่อการให้บริการรักษาผู้ป่วยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ขอบเขตของงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาซีเมนต์ยึดกระดูกที่มีส่วนผสมของยาปฏิชีวนะ มีคุณสมบัติแข็งตัวรวดเร็ว รังสีเอ็กซ์เรย์ผ่านไม่ได้ (Radiopaque) และมีการย้อมสีด้วยคลอโรฟิลล์ให้เป็นสีเขียวเพื่อความชัดเจนในบริเวณที่ทำการผ่าตัด ผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องมีให้เลือกครบทุกชนิดตามความเหมาะสมของการใช้งาน (ชนิด R, M, L) โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณรวม 2,307,500 บาท การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา (Price Criteria) และมีการให้แต้มต่อสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ SMEs และสินค้าที่ผลิตในประเทศไทย (Made in Thailand) ตามระเบียบพัสดุ
