สํานักปลัดเทศบาลตําบลบุ่งเลิศ อําเภอเมยวดี จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด ๑ ตัน ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ํากว่า ๒,๔๐๐ ซีซี หรือกําลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ํากว่า ๑๑๐ กิโลวัตต์ ขับเคลื่อน ๒ ล้อ แบบดับเบิ้ลแคบ (๔ ประตู) จํานวน ๑ คัน เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานราชการของเทศบาล โดยตั้งงบประมาณไว้ที่ ๙๓๕,๐๐๐ บาท และกําหนดราคากลางไว้ที่ ๙๒๓,๐๐๐ บาท ตามบัญชีราคามาตรฐานครุภัณฑ์ กองมาตรฐานงบประมาณ สํานักงบประมาณ ธันวาคม ๒๕๖๘ คุณสมบัติเฉพาะของรถยนต์ที่ต้องการ ได้แก่ เป็นรถยนต์ระบบเกียร์อัตโนมัติ มีห้องโดยสารแบบดับเบิ้ลแคบ 4 ประตู สามารถบรรทุกน้ำหนักได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ตัน ติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศ เครื่องเสียงพร้อมจอสัมผัส รองรับการเชื่อมต่อสมาร์ทโฟน ระบบเบรก ABS/EBD ถุงลมนิรภัย กล้องบันทึกภาพหน้า-หลัง และต้องมีศูนย์บริการในจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด ไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้าม และเป็นผู้มีอาชีพขายพัสดุประเภทนี้ การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา โดยผู้ชนะต้องทำสัญญาและวางหลักประกันภายใน ๗ วันทำการ กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน ๖๐ วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา
