องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงรายได้จัดทำโครงการปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก เชื่อมระหว่างหมู่ที่ ๑๑ ต.แม่สลองนอก - หมู่ที่ ๒๘ ต.แม่สลองใน อ.แม่ฟ้าหลวง จ.เชียงราย เนื่องจากถนนเดิมมีสภาพชำรุดเสียหายอย่างมาก ผิวจราจรหลุดร่อน เป็นหลุมเป็นบ่อ ทำให้การสัญจรไปมาเป็นไปด้วยความยากลำบาก โดยเฉพาะในช่วงฤดูฝนที่มีน้ำท่วมขังและถนนลื่น รวมถึงช่วงฤดูแล้งที่มีฝุ่นหนา ซึ่งเป็นอุปสรรคสำคัญต่อการขนส่งพืชผลทางการเกษตรและก่อให้เกิดอันตรายต่อประชาชนในพื้นที่

วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการนี้คือ เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้รับความสะดวกสบายในการเดินทางและขนส่งสินค้าทางการเกษตร และเพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านคมนาคมให้มีมาตรฐานสูงขึ้น ประชาชนสามารถใช้ถนนได้อย่างปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน

ขอบเขตของงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ขนาดกว้าง ๕.๐๐ เมตร ยาว ๒๗๗.๐๐ เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า ๑,๓๘๕.๐๐ ตารางเมตร และมีความหนา ๐.๑๕ เมตร โดยรายละเอียดทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามประมาณการงานก่อสร้างและแบบแปลนจำนวน 5 แผ่นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงรายกำหนด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการและส่งมอบงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน ๑๒๐ วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โครงการนี้มีงบประมาณ ๑,๐๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท (หนึ่งล้านบาทถ้วน) และจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้เสนอราคาโดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก

The Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization has initiated a project to improve a reinforced concrete road connecting Village No. 11, Mae Salong Nok Sub-district, to Village No. 28, Mae Salong Nai Sub-district, Mae Fa Luang District, Chiang Rai Province. The existing road is severely damaged, with potholes and eroded surfaces, making travel difficult and hazardous, especially during rainy seasons (flooding, slippery surfaces) and dry seasons (heavy dust). This significantly impedes agricultural transport and poses safety risks to local residents.

The primary objectives of this project are to facilitate convenient travel and agricultural product transportation for the public, and to enhance infrastructure standards, ensuring safer road usage for residents.

The scope of work involves the improvement of a reinforced concrete road with a width of 5.00 meters, a length of 277.00 meters, or an area of no less than 1,385.00 square meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters. All details must adhere to the construction estimates and the 5-sheet blueprints specified by the Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization. The contractor is required to complete and deliver the work within 120 days from the contract signing date. The project budget is 1,000,000 Baht, and bids will be evaluated primarily based on price.
