โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องเป่าลมร้อนสำหรับงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการบำรุงรักษากล้องโทรทรรศน์วิทยุ 40 เมตร ซึ่งมีส่วนประกอบของวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จำนวนมาก การซ่อมแซมวงจรดังกล่าวจำเป็นต้องมีการถอดประกอบอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ออกจากแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ เครื่องเป่าลมร้อนที่จัดซื้อจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคที่หลากหลาย เช่น รองรับหัวเป่าลมร้อนด้วยความเร็วลมไม่น้อยกว่า 18 ลิตร/นาที, รองรับหัวดูดด้วยแรงดันไม่น้อยกว่า 0.7 บาร์, รองรับหัวบัดกรีได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ช่อง, สามารถปรับอุณหภูมิได้ในช่วง 50-550 องศาเซลเซียส, ใช้กำลังไฟสูงสุดไม่เกิน 300 วัตต์, มีความแม่นยำของอุณหภูมิ +/- 9 องศาเซลเซียส หรือดีกว่า, ความเสถียรของอุณหภูมิ +/- 2 องศาเซลเซียส หรือดีกว่า, มีจอ LCD แสดงผล, ขนาดไม่เกิน 290x250x110 มม., ได้มาตรฐาน IPC-J-001 และมาพร้อมอุปกรณ์เสริม เช่น หัวเป่าลมร้อน, หัวดูด, ฐานวาง และสายเคเบิ้ล ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, ไม่ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ, ไม่เป็นผู้ทิ้งงาน, ลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP, จัดส่งแคตตาล็อกพร้อมทำเครื่องหมาย และได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่าย กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 180 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา วงเงินงบประมาณ 89,000 บาท การจ่ายเงินจะเกิดขึ้นเมื่อส่งมอบสิ่งของครบถ้วนและผู้ซื้อรับมอบแล้ว มีอัตราค่าปรับ 0.20% ต่อวัน และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 1 ปี

This project aims to procure one hot air blower for electronic work to support the maintenance of the 40-meter radio telescope, particularly for repairing electronic circuits which require component removal. The hot air blower must meet specific technical specifications including: supporting a hot air nozzle with a maximum speed of at least 18 L/min, a suction nozzle with a maximum strength of at least 0.7 bar, at least 2 soldering iron nozzles, adjustable temperature from 50 to 550 degrees Celsius, a maximum power consumption of 300W, temperature accuracy of +/- 9 degrees Celsius or better, temperature stability of +/- 2 degrees Celsius or better, an LCD display, dimensions not exceeding 290x250x110 mm, compliance with IPC-J-001 standard, and including essential accessories like nozzles, a stand, and cables. Bidders must meet legal eligibility requirements, be registered in the e-GP system, provide manufacturer catalogs with marked specifications, and be appointed as authorized distributors. The delivery period is 180 days from the contract signing date. The evaluation will be based on price, with a budget of 89,000 Baht. Payment will be made upon complete delivery and acceptance. A penalty of 0.20% per day will apply for late delivery, and a one-year warranty against defects is required.
