การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (กฟผ.) โดยโรงไฟฟ้าลำตะคองชลภาวัฒนา มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อพร้อมติดตั้งงานปรับปรุง Motor Control Center (MCC) สำหรับโรงไฟฟ้าลำตะคองชลภาวัฒนา เครื่องที่ 2 และงานปรับปรุง MCC Drainage pump โรงไฟฟ้าลำตะคองชลภาวัฒนา จำนวน 1 งาน วงเงินงบประมาณรวม 10,165,000.00 บาท เนื่องจากอุปกรณ์ MCC เดิมซึ่งติดตั้งตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2547 มีอายุการใช้งานกว่า 20 ปี และเกิดการเสื่อมสภาพตามปกติ เพื่อให้เครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้ามีความพร้อมและเสถียรภาพในการตอบสนองความต้องการของศูนย์ควบคุมระบบกำลังแห่งชาติ (NCC) ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติเป็นเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งอย่างน้อย 1 ปี และมีผลงานการจำหน่ายพร้อมติดตั้ง MCC รุ่นเดียวกับที่เสนอ โดยเป็นคู่สัญญากับหน่วยงานราชการ รัฐวิสาหกิจ หรือเอกชนที่ กฟผ. เชื่อถือ ในลักษณะงานสัญญาเดียวไม่ต่ำกว่า 3,000,000 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาต้องดำเนินการรื้อถอน ติดตั้ง ทดสอบ และจัดหาอุปกรณ์ใหม่ทั้งหมดตามคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนด รวมถึงการส่งมอบแผนการดำเนินงาน Drawing และการฝึกอบรมการใช้งาน

The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) intends to procure and install upgrades for the Motor Control Center (MCC) for Unit 2 of Lam Takhong Chonlapatana Power Plant and the MCC for the Drainage Pump at Lam Takhong Chonlapatana Power Plant. The project budget is 10,165,000.00 Baht. This is due to the original MCC equipment, installed in 2004, having exceeded its 20-year lifespan and showing normal wear and tear, impacting the readiness and stability of the generators. Bidders must be the product owner or an authorized distributor for at least one year and must have a proven track record of selling and installing the same model of MCC, with a single contract value of no less than 3,000,000 Baht. The scope includes dismantling, installation, testing, and supplying all new equipment according to the technical specifications, as well as providing project plans, drawings, and user training.
