โครงการก่อสร้างถนนบางแสนล่าง ซอย 8 มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านคมนาคมในพื้นที่ โดยการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) ที่มีความกว้างประมาณ 5.00 เมตร และมีความยาวประมาณ 236.80 เมตร พร้อมทั้งติดตั้งระบบรางระบายน้ำรูปตัวยูที่มีความลึก 0.15 เมตร ตลอดแนวถนน และจัดทำบ่อพักระบายน้ำทุกๆ ระยะ 20.00 เมตร เพื่อให้การระบายน้ำเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังรวมถึงการเชื่อมต่อระบบระบายน้ำเดิมของถนนเลียบชายหาด เพื่อให้ระบบระบายน้ำโดยรวมมีความสมบูรณ์และสามารถรองรับปริมาณน้ำฝนได้ดียิ่งขึ้น การดำเนินงานนี้จะช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการสัญจร ลดปัญหาน้ำท่วมขัง และยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่

The project “Construction of Bang Saen Lang Soi 8 Road” aims to develop transportation infrastructure by constructing a reinforced concrete (R.C.) road approximately 5.00 meters wide and 236.80 meters long. The scope includes installing a U-shaped drainage channel 0.15 meters deep along the road and constructing manholes every 20.00 meters to ensure efficient water drainage. Additionally, the project involves connecting to the existing drainage system of the beach road to enhance the overall drainage capacity and mitigate flooding. This initiative will improve traffic flow, reduce waterlogging issues, and enhance the quality of life for residents in the area.
