โรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้ามีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาซื้อยาจำนวน 3 รายการ ได้แก่ TOPIRAMATE TABLET ขนาด 25 mg, TOPIRAMATE TABLET ขนาด 100 mg และ TOPIRAMATE TABLET ขนาด 50 mg ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อนำยาเหล่านี้มาใช้ประกอบในการรักษาผู้ป่วยของโรงพยาบาล โดยใช้งบประมาณจากเงินรายรับของสถานพยาบาล วงเงินงบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 4,641,912.00 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กฎหมายและ TOR กำหนด รวมถึงต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่ระบุ การส่งมอบยาจะต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 5 วันทำการนับถัดจากวันลงนามในใบสั่งให้ส่งของตามสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาควบคู่กับเกณฑ์อื่น โดยให้น้ำหนักกับราคา 30% และข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิคหรือข้อเสนออื่นๆ 70% สำหรับยาทั้ง 3 รายการ อัตราค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบล่าช้าคิดที่ 0.20% ต่อวันของมูลค่าสิ่งของที่ยังไม่ได้รับมอบ

Phramongkutklao Hospital intends to procure 3 types of medication: TOPIRAMATE TABLET 25 mg, TOPIRAMATE TABLET 100 mg, and TOPIRAMATE TABLET 50 mg, through an electronic bidding process (e-bidding). These medications are required for patient treatment within the hospital, funded by the hospital’s revenue. The total budget allocated for this project is 4,641,912.00 Baht. Bidders must meet all specified legal and TOR requirements, be registered in the e-GP system, and satisfy the net worth criteria. Delivery of the medications must be completed within 5 working days from the date of signing the purchase order. The evaluation of bids will be based on a combination of price and other technical/qualitative proposals, with a weighting of 30% for price and 70% for technical/other proposals for all three drug types. A penalty of 0.20% per day of the undelivered item’s value will be applied for late delivery.
