คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์จำนวน 25 เครื่อง เพื่อใช้ในการเรียนการสอนและสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานทดแทนเครื่องเดิมที่มีอายุการใช้งานมากกว่า 5 ปี ซึ่งไม่สามารถรองรับเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ ได้ โครงการนี้กำหนดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของคอมพิวเตอร์ระดับ Business หรือ Commercial ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง โดยใช้หน่วยประมวลผลกลางไม่น้อยกว่า 14 Cores และหน่วยความจำ DDR5 ขนาด 16GB พร้อมจอแสดงผลขนาด 21.5 นิ้วที่มี Refresh Rate 100Hz ขึ้นไป

นอกจากการจัดหาตัวเครื่องแล้ว ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาจะต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งเครื่องใหม่ รื้อถอนเครื่องเก่า และที่สำคัญคือต้องทำการโอนย้ายข้อมูลจากเครื่องเดิมมายังเครื่องใหม่ตามที่คณะกำหนด รวมถึงการบรรจุและขนย้ายเครื่องเก่าไปยังสถานที่จัดเก็บที่ระบุ การพิจารณาตัดสินจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา (Price Criteria) โดยมีราคากลางอยู่ที่ 876,240 บาท และต้องมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องแบบ On-site Service ภายในวันทำการถัดไป (Next Business Day) ตลอดระยะเวลา 3 ปี
