สำนักงานประกันสังคม ดำเนินการจัดโครงการผลิตสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้และเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ประกันสังคมให้กับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ นายจ้าง ลูกจ้าง ผู้ประกันตน และประชาชนทั่วไป รวมถึงสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีและทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อองค์กร สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ที่จะผลิตขึ้นนี้จะใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการสื่อสารผ่านกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของสำนักงานฯ เพื่อให้เข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสร้างการจดจำที่ยั่งยืน

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการผลิตสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์หลากหลายประเภท ได้แก่ หมอนผ้าห่ม จำนวน 2,500 ใบ, แก้วน้ำสแตนเลสเก็บอุณหภูมิ จำนวน 4,000 ใบ, กระเป๋าสะพาย จำนวน 5,500 ใบ, ชุดสายชาร์จอเนกประสงค์ จำนวน 3,000 ชุด, แผ่นรองเมาส์ จำนวน 4,500 แผ่น และพัดลมพกพาดิจิตอล จำนวน 3,000 เครื่อง โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบตั้งแต่การออกแบบ การเลือกใช้วัสดุที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม (Eco Friendly) การผลิต การบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่สวยงาม ไปจนถึงการจัดส่งตัวอย่างเพื่อตรวจสอบก่อนการผลิตจริงทั้งหมด

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงมีประสบการณ์และผลงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง มูลค่าไม่น้อยกว่า 1,200,000 บาท และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง การพิจารณาผู้ชนะจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาจากผู้ที่เสนอราคาต่ำสุดและมีคุณสมบัติถูกต้องครบถ้วน ระยะเวลาดำเนินการทั้งหมด 150 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 3,000,000 บาท

The Social Security Office is implementing a project to produce public relations promotional items aimed at raising awareness and fostering a positive attitude towards social security benefits among target groups, including employers, employees, insured persons, and the general public. These items will serve as communication tools during the office’s various activities, ensuring effective reach and lasting recognition.

The scope of work involves the production of promotional items such as: 2,500 blanket pillows, 4,000 temperature-retaining stainless steel tumblers, 5,500 shoulder bags, 3,000 multi-purpose charging kits, 4,500 mouse pads, and 3,000 portable digital fans. The contractor will be responsible for design, selection of eco-friendly materials, manufacturing, attractive packaging, and submitting samples for approval prior to mass production.

Bidders must meet specified qualifications, possess relevant experience with a value of at least 1,200,000 Baht, and be registered with the Government Procurement (e-GP) system. The selection criterion will be price-based, choosing the lowest bidder who meets all requirements. The project duration is 150 days from the contract signing date, with a budget of 3,000,000 Baht.
