สถาบันเทคโนโลยีนานาชาติสิรินธร มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ มีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างเหมาบริการทําความสะอาดและงานบริการด้านเอกสาร ประจําปีงบประมาณ 2570 เนื่องจากสัญญาเดิมจะสิ้นสุดลงในวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2569 โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก 2 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อให้การรักษาความสะอาดสถานที่และบริเวณปฏิบัติงาน รวมถึงบริเวณโดยรอบของสถาบันมีความสะอาด ถูกสุขอนามัย ตามหลักการวิธีการรักษาความสะอาดที่ถูกต้อง และ 2) เพื่อให้บริการด้านเอกสาร การเดินเอกสารภายในและภายนอกสถาบัน และงานธุรการอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้สำเร็จลุล่วง ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการทำความสะอาดอาคารเรียน อาคารปฏิบัติการ อาคารสำนักงาน ลานจอดรถ และพื้นที่ออกกำลังกาย ในบริเวณศูนย์รังสิตและบางกะดี รวมถึงอาคารหอพักนักศึกษาและอาคารบริหารและฝึกอบรม ณ บางกะดี นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงบริการด้านเอกสาร เช่น การรับ-ส่งเอกสารภายในและภายนอกสถาบัน การเดินเอกสาร และการสนับสนุนงานธุรการอื่น ๆ โดยได้ระบุจำนวนพนักงานทำความสะอาดและพนักงานบริการเอกสารที่ต้องใช้ในแต่ละพื้นที่อย่างชัดเจน

The Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University, is seeking to contract cleaning services and document handling services for the fiscal year 2027. This procurement is necessary as the current contract expires on July 31, 2026. The primary objectives are: 1) To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the institute’s premises and surrounding areas according to proper cleaning standards, and 2) To provide efficient document handling, internal and external mail delivery, and other administrative support tasks as assigned. The scope of work includes cleaning various buildings (academic, operational, administrative, parking lots, and fitness areas) at both the Rangsit and Bangkadi campuses, as well as student dormitory and training buildings at Bangkadi. It also encompasses document services such as internal and external mail delivery and administrative support, with specific numbers of cleaning staff and document handlers detailed for each area.
