เทศบาลเมืองปู่เจ้าสมิงพรายมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างเขื่อนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) เพื่อป้องกันแนวตลิ่งบริเวณหมู่บ้านมั่งคง ตําบลบางหัวเสือ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โครงการนี้มีจุดเริ่มต้นบริเวณสะพานทางเข้าคลองเซาะตากาล และสิ้นสุดบริเวณสุดเขตที่ดินหมู่บ้านมั่นคงฝั่งติดคลองบางฝ่ายใหญ่ โดยมีความยาวรวมไม่น้อยกว่า 242.00 เมตร การก่อสร้างจะต้องเป็นไปตามแบบแปลนและแผนผังที่เทศบาลเมืองปู่เจ้าสมิงพรายกำหนด ผู้รับจ้างต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับการใช้วัสดุก่อสร้างและครุภัณฑ์ โดยต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุก่อสร้างทั้งหมดที่ใช้ในโครงการ และหากมีวัสดุที่เป็นเหล็ก ต้องใช้วัสดุเหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 30 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมด ผู้รับจ้างต้องเสนอแผนการใช้วัสดุภายในประเทศตามที่กำหนด และต้องแสดงหลักฐานยืนยันความเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ภายในประเทศเมื่อร้องขอ นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องสำรวจหน้างานก่อนเสนอราคา และเป็นผู้ออกค่าใช้จ่ายในการติดต่อขอย้ายสาธารณูปโภคหากมีปัญหา

The Municipality of Pu Chao Saming Phrai intends to construct a reinforced concrete (R.C.) embankment to protect the riverbank in Moo Baan Mangkhong, Bang Hua Suea Subdistrict, Samut Prakan Province. The project starts at the entrance bridge of Klong So Takan and ends at the boundary of Moo Baan Mankhong adjacent to Klong Bang Fai Yai, with a total length of not less than 242.00 meters. Construction must adhere to the plans and layouts provided by the municipality. Contractors must comply with material and equipment usage regulations, utilizing at least 60% of the total construction material value from domestically produced goods. For steel materials, at least 30% of the total steel quantity used must be domestically produced. Contractors are required to submit a domestic material usage plan and provide evidence of domestic production upon request. Furthermore, contractors must survey the site before bidding and bear all costs associated with relocating public utilities if any issues arise.
