โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครราชสีมามีความประสงค์จะเช่าเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์อัตโนมัติพร้อมน้ำยา เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและขีดความสามารถในการให้บริการตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางห้องปฏิบัติการด้านเทคนิคการแพทย์ โดยใช้เทคโนโลยี Real-time PCR ที่มีความแม่นยำสูง โครงการนี้ประกอบด้วยการเช่าเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์จำนวน 2 เครื่อง ที่สามารถตรวจตัวอย่างได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 96 ตัวอย่างต่อครั้ง พร้อมจัดหาน้ำยาตรวจวิเคราะห์และน้ำยาสกัดสารพันธุกรรมให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งานในระยะเวลา 1 ปี ครอบคลุมการตรวจหาเชื้อไวรัส Herpes Simplex (HSV), Cytomegalovirus (CMV), เชื้อก่อโรคทางเดินหายใจ 26 ชนิด, เชื้อวัณโรคและเชื้อกลุ่ม NTM รวมถึงเชื้อ HPV สายพันธุ์ความเสี่ยงสูง 14 สายพันธุ์

ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการติดตั้งเครื่องภายใน 90 วัน การเชื่อมต่อระบบรายงานผลเข้ากับระบบสารสนเทศของห้องปฏิบัติการ (LIS) และโรงพยาบาล (HIS) การจัดหาเครื่องสำรองไฟ (UPS) และการบำรุงรักษาซ่อมแซมตลอดอายุสัญญาโดยไม่คิดมูลค่าเพิ่มเติม หากเครื่องขัดข้องต้องดำเนินการแก้ไขภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง นอกจากนี้ผู้ให้เช่าต้องสนับสนุนการประกันคุณภาพภายนอก (EQA) และจัดอบรมการใช้งานให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ การคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้เกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพต่อราคา (Price Performance) เพื่อให้ได้เทคโนโลยีที่คุ้มค่าและเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานทางการแพทย์สูงสุด

Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital is seeking to rent two automated Real-time PCR analyzers along with the necessary reagents for a 1-year period. The project aims to enhance the efficiency and capacity of its medical technolgy laboratory in diagnosing various pathogens, including Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV), Cytomegalovirus (CMV), 26 types of respiratory pathogens, Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB/NTM), and 14 high-risk types of Human Papillomavirus (HPV). The scope of work includes the installation of equipment within 90 days, integration with the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and Hospital Information System (HIS), provision of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and comprehensive maintenance and repair services. The contractor is also responsible for providing staff training and supporting External Quality Assurance (EQA). Evaluation will be based on the Price Performance criteria to ensure the best value and technical suitability for clinical diagnostic purposes.
