จังหวัดพิษณุโลกมีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาซื้อเวชภัณฑ์ยา Manidipine HCl tab ๒๐ mg จำนวน ๓,๘๘๐,๐๐๐ เม็ด ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ได้ยา Manidipine HCl ที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้ในคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของยา ทั้งในส่วนของ Finished product specification และ Drug substance specification โดยอ้างอิงตามตำรายา JP XVII และประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องยื่นข้อเสนอและเอกสารหลักฐานต่างๆ ผ่านระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) โดยแยกเป็น ๒ ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ ๑ เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติทั่วไปของผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอ และส่วนที่ ๒ เกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดทางเทคนิคของยาที่เสนอ จังหวัดจะพิจารณาตัดสินโดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นสำคัญ และผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาจะต้องส่งมอบยาให้ครบถ้วนภายใน ๓๖๕ วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาซื้อขาย
