โครงการ “งาน ซื้อวัสดุซ่อมแซมลู่วิ่งและระบบระบายน้ํา ที่สวนสุขภาพกองทัพอากาศ แขวงคลองถนน เขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร” มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อซ่อมแซมและคืนสภาพการใช้งานของลู่วิ่งและระบบระบายน้ําภายในสวนสุขภาพกองทัพอากาศ ซึ่งเป็นไปตามแผนการจัดซื้อวัสดุประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 3,095,632 บาท ขอบเขตของงานคือการจัดซื้อวัสดุตามบัญชีประมาณการสิ้นเปลืองพัสดุที่แนบมากับเอกสาร TOR เพื่อใช้ในการซ่อมแซมส่วนประกอบสำคัญทั้งสองส่วนนี้ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องส่งมอบวัสดุภายใน 150 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาซื้อขาย โดยแบ่งการส่งมอบและการจ่ายเงินออกเป็น 2 งวด งวดแรก 42% และงวดที่สอง 54% ของค่าจ้างทั้งหมด หลักเกณฑ์ในการพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะเน้นที่ราคาเป็นสำคัญ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอควรศึกษาคุณสมบัติและเงื่อนไขตามพระราชบัญญัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ. 2560 และกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างละเอียด เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสามารถปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของโครงการได้อย่างครบถ้วน
