โครงการก่อสร้างศาลาอเนกประสงค์ ที่ทำการองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาเหนือ อำเภออ่าวลึก จังหวัดกระบี่ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดเก็บเอกสารให้เป็นระเบียบ มีที่เก็บวัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการทำงาน และเพื่อความสวยงามและความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยของหน่วยงาน โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 9,000,000 บาท (เก้าล้านหนึ่งแสนบาทถ้วน) ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามกฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 50 ของราคากลาง และต้องแนบรายชื่อผู้ควบคุมงาน พร้อมทั้งต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 50 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และเหล็กที่ใช้ในงานก่อสร้างต้องเป็นเหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ต้องใช้ทั้งหมด ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินงานก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา (ราคาต่ำสุด) การจ่ายเงินจะชำระเป็นงวดเดียวเมื่อส่งมอบงานและตรวจรับถูกต้องครบถ้วนตามสัญญา มีการกำหนดอัตราค่าปรับร้อยละ 0.90 ต่อวัน และระยะเวลารับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 2 ปี

This project aims to construct a multi-purpose hall at the Na Nuea Subdistrict Administrative Organization office in Ao Luek District, Krabi Province. The objectives are to improve document storage, provide a space for work materials, and enhance the aesthetic and orderliness of the office. The budget is 9,000,000 Baht. Bidders must meet legal and regulatory qualifications, possess relevant construction experience equivalent to at least 50% of the project’s central price, and submit a list of supervisors. The project requires the use of at least 50% domestically produced materials and 90% domestically produced steel. The construction must be completed within 120 days from the contract signing date. The selection criterion is the lowest price. Payment will be made in a single installment upon completion and acceptance of the work. A penalty of 0.90% per day will be applied for delays, and a 2-year warranty period for defects is stipulated.
