โครงการก่อสร้างบ้านแถวพักอาศัยนายทหารชั้นสัญญาบัตร ขนาด 8 ครอบครัว จำนวน 1 หลัง ณ กองบิน 1 ตำบลหนองไผ่ล้อม อำเภอเมืองนครราชสีมา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหาที่พักอาศัยที่เหมาะสมและมีคุณภาพให้กับนายทหารชั้นสัญญาบัตร เพื่อเป็นการสนับสนุนและสร้างขวั बातम्याขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ โดยอาคารที่ก่อสร้างจะเป็นอาคารบ้านพักแถวที่ออกแบบตามหลักวิศวกรรมและสถาปัตยกรรมที่ทันสมัย คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัย การใช้งานที่สะดวกสบาย และความทนทานของวัสดุที่ใช้ในการก่อสร้าง โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมงานออกแบบรายละเอียดทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่งานสถาปัตยกรรม งานวิศวกรรมโครงสร้าง งานระบบไฟฟ้า สุขาภิบาล และเครื่องกล รวมถึงการเตรียมพื้นที่และการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพแวดล้อมของกองบิน

This project involves the construction of a barracks-style housing unit for 8 families of commissioned officers, consisting of 1 building, located at Wing 1, Nong Phai Lom Subdistrict, Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The primary objective is to provide suitable and quality housing for commissioned officers, thereby supporting and boosting morale in their duties. The constructed building will be a row house designed according to modern engineering and architectural principles, considering safety, user convenience, and the durability of construction materials. The project encompasses all detailed design works, including architectural, structural engineering, electrical, sanitary, and mechanical systems, as well as site preparation and landscaping to align with the airbase environment.
