โครงการจัดซื้อยา Vonoprazan 20 mg ชนิดเม็ดเคลือบฟิล์ม (Film Coated Tablet) ของโรงพยาบาลเจ้าพระยาอภัยภูเบศร จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาเวชภัณฑ์ยาที่มีคุณภาพและได้มาตรฐานสำหรับการรักษาผู้ป่วย โดยมีราคากลางอยู่ที่เม็ดละ 77.04 บาท ตามประกาศคณะกรรมการพัฒนาระบบยาแห่งชาติ ลงวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ขอบเขตของงานครอบคลุมถึงการจัดส่งยาที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค มีการบรรจุในแผงปิดสนิทป้องกันความชื้น และมีฉลากระบุข้อมูลสำคัญอย่างชัดเจน ผู้เสนอราคาต้องยื่นเอกสารรับรองมาตรฐานการผลิต PIC/S, ใบวิเคราะห์คุณภาพ (COA) ทั้งของผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป (Finished Product) และวัตถุดิบตัวยาสำคัญ (Drug Substance) รวมถึงผลการศึกษาความคงตัว (Stability Study) ยาที่ส่งมอบต้องมีอายุการใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปีนับจากวันส่งมอบ และผู้ขายต้องยินยอมรับเปลี่ยนยาใกล้หมดอายุหรือเสื่อมสภาพโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไข

Chaophraya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital in Prachinburi Province is seeking bids for the procurement of Vonoprazan 20 mg film-coated tablets (GPU: 1041508). The reference price is set at 77.04 Baht per tablet, in accordance with the National Drug System Development Committee’s announcement dated August 25, 2025 (B.E. 2568). The selection will be based on the price criterion among bidders who meet all technical and quality specifications.
