โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงและยกระดับคุณภาพของถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตแบบ OVERLAY บนถนนสายแยก ทล.3204 เชื่อมต่อระหว่างบ้านไร่สัตว์ หมู่ที่ 2 ตําบลโรงเข้ และหมู่ที่ 1 ตําบลบ้านทาน ในอําเภอบ้านลาด จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยมีขอบเขตงานหลักคือการลาดยางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตหนา 5 ซม. บนพื้นที่ผิวจราจรเดิม ระยะทางรวม 1,500 เมตร ความกว้าง 8.00 เมตร หรือคิดเป็นพื้นที่ลาดยางไม่น้อยกว่า 12,000 ตารางเมตร นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การเตรียมผิวทางเดิม (Tack coat, Prime coat), การเชื่อมทาง, การติดตั้งการ์ดเรล (40 เมตร), การติดตั้งสัญญาณไฟกระพริบพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ (4 ชุด), และการตีเส้นจราจรด้วยสีเทอร์โมพลาสติก (ทั้งสีเหลืองและสีขาว) รวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายจราจรต่างๆ ตามมาตรฐาน เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและประสิทธิภาพในการคมนาคม

This project aims to improve and upgrade the asphaltic concrete road surface through an OVERLAY method. The scope includes resurfacing a road section of 1,500 meters in length and 8.00 meters in width, with a thickness of 0.05 meters, covering an area of at least 12,000 square meters. The project is located in Ban Rai Sat Village, Rong Khe Subdistrict (Moo 2) and Ban Tharn Subdistrict (Moo 1), Ban Lat District, Phetchaburi Province. Key activities include tack coating, asphaltic concrete paving, road joint work, thermoplastic road marking (yellow and white), guardrail installation (40 meters), and solar-powered flashing light installation (4 sets), along with various traffic sign installations to enhance safety and transportation efficiency.
