โรงพยาบาลพิบูลมังสาหารมีความจำเป็นต้องจัดซื้อเครื่องซักผ้าอุตสาหกรรม ขนาด 200 ปอนด์ จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อทดแทนเครื่องเดิมที่ใช้งานมานานและมีค่าซ่อมบำรุงสูง รวมถึงเพื่อรองรับปริมาณผู้ป่วยที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง เครื่องซักผ้าที่จัดซื้อจะต้องเป็นชนิดอัตโนมัติ สามารถซักและสลัดผ้าได้ปริมาณมาก ควบคุมการทำงานด้วยระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านหน้าจอสัมผัส (Touch screen) ที่รองรับเมนูภาษาไทย มีโปรแกรมการซักที่หลากหลาย และมีคุณสมบัติด้านความปลอดภัยที่ได้มาตรฐานสากล ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด ทั้งด้านกฎหมาย ความสามารถทางเทคนิค และประสบการณ์ รวมถึงต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริการของโรงพยาบาล

Pibulsongkram Hospital requires the procurement of one 200-pound industrial washing machine to replace an aging, frequently repaired unit and to accommodate an increasing patient load. The machine must be automatic, capable of washing and extracting large volumes of laundry, controlled via a touch-screen computer interface with Thai language menus, and equipped with a variety of wash programs and international safety standards. Bidders must meet all specified legal, technical, and experience requirements, and be registered with the Comptroller General’s Department’s e-GP system. The project aims to enhance the hospital’s service efficiency.
