องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลพะเนียด ดำเนินโครงการก่อสร้างหอถังประปา ค.ส.ล. ขนาด ๔๕ ลบ.ม. พร้อมเจาะบ่อบาดาล ณ หมู่ที่ ๑ ตําบลพะเนียด อําเภอนครชัยศรี จังหวัดนครปฐม เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในพื้นที่ ให้มีน้ำประปาเพียงพอและทั่วถึง โครงการนี้มีงบประมาณ ๒,๐๐๐,๕๐๐ บาท โดยจะก่อสร้างหอถังประปาตามแบบมาตรฐานกรมทรัพยากรน้ำบาดาล (แบบเลขที่ ๓๑๑๑๐๔๕) และเจาะบ่อบาดาลขนาด ๕ นิ้ว ความลึกไม่น้อยกว่า ๒๓๐ เมตร หรือจนกว่าจะได้น้ำดี กำหนดระยะเวลาแล้วเสร็จภายใน ๑๒๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาจากผู้เสนอราคาต่ำสุด ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีคุณสมบัติและผลงานตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงการขึ้นทะเบียนผู้ประกอบการกับกรมบัญชีกลาง มีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง ๖ ปี และมีเงื่อนไขการปรับราคาค่าจ้างตามสูตรที่กำหนด

Nakhon Chaiศรี Subdistrict Administrative Organization is undertaking a project to construct a 45 cubic meter reinforced concrete water tank with a groundwater well in Moo 1, Phaniat Subdistrict, Nakhon Chaiศรี District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The project aims to alleviate water shortages and provide sufficient and widespread access to tap water for residents. The budget allocated is 2,000,500 Baht. The construction will follow the standard design of the Department of Groundwater Resources (Design No. 3111045) for the water tank and involve drilling a 5-inch diameter well to a minimum depth of 230 meters or until good quality water is found. The project duration is 120 days from the contract signing date. Bid selection will be based on the lowest price. Contractors must meet specified qualifications and have relevant work experience, including registration with the Comptroller General’s Department. A 6-year warranty against defects is required, and there are provisions for price adjustment based on a defined formula.
