การไฟฟ้านครหลวง (MEA) ดำเนินการจัดซื้อฉนวนไฟฟ้าชนิด Composite line post insulator (Flat base) จำนวน 52 ลูก ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เลขที่ MA8-8763-WHZ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาฉนวนไฟฟ้าแรงสูงที่มีคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพตามมาตรฐานสากล เพื่อใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าของกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยฉนวนที่จัดซื้อจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามข้อกำหนดใน SPECIFICATION NO. 711(09-2025) ซึ่งครอบคลุมถึงคุณสมบัติทางไฟฟ้า ทางกล วัสดุที่ใช้ผลิต การทดสอบต่างๆ รวมถึงการบรรจุภัณฑ์และการรับประกัน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องยื่นเอกสารข้อเสนอทางเทคนิคพร้อมแคตตาล็อกและรายงานผลการทดสอบเฉพาะแบบ (Type Test Report) ที่ผ่านการรับรองตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การไฟฟ้านครหลวงสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตและทดสอบก่อนการส่งมอบ

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) is conducting an electronic bidding process (e-bidding) for the procurement of 52 units of 115 kV Composite line post insulators (Flat base) under reference number MA8-8763-WHZ. The objective is to acquire high-quality, high-performance insulators compliant with international standards for the development of Bangkok’s electricity distribution system. The insulators must meet the specifications outlined in SPECIFICATION NO. 711(09-2025), covering electrical and mechanical properties, materials, testing, packaging, and warranty. Bidders are required to submit technical proposals along with catalogs and certified Type Test Reports. Delivery is stipulated within 120 days from the contract signing date. MEA reserves the right to inspect manufacturing processes and testing prior to delivery.
