องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุโขทัย ดำเนินการโครงการติดตั้งไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างสาธารณะพร้อมขยายเขตไฟฟ้า ณ หมู่ที่ 7 ตำบลบ้านน้ำพุ อำเภอคีรีมาศ จังหวัดสุโขทัย โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและอำนวยความสะดวกในการสัญจรของประชาชนในพื้นที่ โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าจำนวน 15 ต้น พร้อมโคมไฟ LED ประสิทธิภาพสูง ขนาด 90 วัตต์ และระบบไฟฟ้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการตามแบบที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานทั่วไปของงานติดตั้งไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างสาธารณะตามที่กรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น กระทรวงมหาดไทย กำหนด และตามแบบวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุโขทัย นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบในการประสานงานกับการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคในพื้นที่ เพื่อขอขยายเขตไฟฟ้าและจัดหาแหล่งจ่ายไฟ (Power Supply) รวมถึงการติดตั้งสายเมนไฟฟ้าและเมนเซอร์กิตเบรกเกอร์ โดยต้องเผื่อสายเมนให้ยาวเพียงพอสำหรับการไฟฟ้ามาต่อเข้าในภายหลัง ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าที่จำเป็นทั้งหมด และรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่เพิ่มขึ้นจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงตำแหน่งติดตั้งเสาไฟตามดุลยพินิจของช่างควบคุมงาน รวมถึงการแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องต่างๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้น ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมดตามสัญญา

The Sukhothai Provincial Administrative Organization is implementing a project to install public lighting and extend electricity lines in Moo 7, Ban Nam Phu Subdistrict, Khiri Mat District, Sukhothai Province. The project aims to enhance safety and convenience for residents. It involves installing 15 utility poles with 90-watt LED lamps, associated electrical systems, and project signage according to specified designs. The contractor must adhere to general standards for public lighting installation set by the Department of Local Administration, Ministry of Interior, and the engineering drawings provided by the Provincial Administrative Organization. The contractor is responsible for coordinating with the Provincial Electricity Authority for electricity line extensions and power supply sourcing, including the installation of main power lines and circuit breakers, ensuring sufficient length for future connection. All necessary materials and equipment must be procured and installed by the contractor, who will bear all associated costs, including any additional expenses arising from adjustments to pole locations based on the site supervisor’s discretion, and rectifying any defects. The project mandates the use of at least 60% domestically produced materials and 90% domestically produced steel by quantity.
