โรงพยาบาลบ้านแพ้ว (องค์การมหาชน) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อยา Brimonidine tartrate 2 mg./ml. + Timolol 5 mg./ml. ชนิดหยอดตา (Eye Drops) ขนาดบรรจุ 5 มล. จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 3,800 ขวด เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการรักษาพยาบาลแก่ประชาชนและเตรียมความพร้อมด้านเวชภัณฑ์ให้เพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่

การจัดซื้อครั้งนี้ดำเนินการผ่านระบบประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,108,802.00 บาท ใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา (Price Criteria) ในการพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย มีฐานะทางการเงินที่มั่นคง (Net Worth เป็นบวก หรือมีทุนจดทะเบียนชำระแล้วตามเกณฑ์) และต้องไม่เป็นผู้ทิ้งงานของภาครัฐ

ในด้านคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ ยาที่เสนอต้องเป็นสารละลายปราศจากเชื้อ (Sterile) มีความเข้มข้นของตัวยาสำคัญถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน (95.0 - 105.0% LA) มีค่า pH ระหว่าง 6.7 – 7.1 และมีค่า Osmolality ระหว่าง 265 - 300 mOsm/kg. นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขายจะต้องแสดงหลักฐานการรับรองมาตรฐาน GMP และผลวิเคราะห์คุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ (COA) ทั้งในส่วนของผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปและวัตถุดิบตัวยาสำคัญ พร้อมทั้งรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 1 ปี

Ban Phaeo Hospital (Public Organization) is seeking to procure 3,800 bottles of Brimonidine tartrate 2 mg./ml. + Timolol 5 mg./ml. eye drops (5 ml per bottle). The objective is to ensure an adequate supply of medication for patient treatment and to enhance the hospital’s operational efficiency. The procurement process will be conducted via e-bidding with a total budget of 1,108,802.00 THB.

Bidders must be legally registered entities with a stable financial status, complying with Thai government procurement regulations. The evaluation will be based on the Price Criteria. Technical requirements specify that the eye drops must be sterile, maintain a pH level of 6.7 – 7.1, and meet specific osmolality and impurity standards. Bidders are required to provide GMP certification, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for both the finished product and raw materials, and a 1-year warranty.
