โครงการจัดซื้อวัสดุการแพทย์ห้องผ่าตัด จำนวน ๒ รายการ โดยโรงพยาบาลอุดรธานี จังหวัดอุดรธานี ได้รับการจัดสรรงบประมาณจากเงินบำรุงโรงพยาบาล ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ วงเงินรวม ๑,๕๔๐,๘๐๐.๐๐ บาท เพื่อจัดซื้อใบเลื่อยสำหรับตัดกะโหลกศีรษะ ความยาว 9 ซม. จำนวน ๒๔๘๐ ชิ้น และหัวกรอทรงกลม ความยาว ๗ ซม. จำนวน ๘๐ ชิ้น วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อให้ได้วัสดุการแพทย์ที่มีคุณภาพ มาตรฐานสากล (CE หรือ FDA) ปลอดภัย และสามารถใช้งานร่วมกับเครื่องมือแพทย์ที่มีอยู่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อสนับสนุนการผ่าตัดแก้ไขความผิดปกติของร่างกายผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลอุดรธานี ให้ได้รับการรักษาที่ดีที่สุด ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย มีความสามารถในการขายพัสดุประเภทนี้ และลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP โดยจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจากเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน ๓๖๕ วันหลังลงนามสัญญา และมีระยะเวลารับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องไม่น้อยกว่า ๓ เดือน

This project involves the procurement of two types of surgical medical supplies for Udon Thani Hospital. The allocated budget from the hospital’s maintenance fund for fiscal year 2026 is 1,540,800.00 Baht. The items to be purchased are: 2480 pieces of 9 cm long saws for skull cutting, and 80 pieces of 7 cm long spherical burrs. The objective is to acquire high-quality, standardized (CE or FDA approved), and safe medical supplies that are compatible with existing medical equipment, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of surgical treatments for patients at Udon Thani Hospital. Bidders must meet legal and business eligibility requirements, be registered in the e-GP system, and proposals will be evaluated primarily on price. The delivery period is 365 days after contract signing, with a warranty period of at least 3 months.
