องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลโพนโก อําเภอสนม จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ดําเนินโครงการเสริมสร้างถนนลงหินคลุก สายห้วยไผ่ - หนองทิดตุ้ย หมู่ที่ ๒ บ้านโพนโก เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนจากสภาพถนนดินลูกรังที่ชํารุดเสียหาย เป็นหลุมบ่อ ทำให้การคมนาคมไม่สะดวกและอาจก่อให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ประชาชนมีเส้นทางสัญจรที่สะดวกและปลอดภัย โดยจะดำเนินการก่อสร้างถนนขนาดกว้าง ๔ เมตร ยาว ๑,๖๕๐ เมตร หนา ๐.๑๐ เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า ๖,๖๐๐ ตารางเมตร ด้วยงบประมาณ ๑,๒๗๓,๐๐๐.๐๐ บาท (หนึ่งล้านสองแสนเจ็ดหมื่นสามพันบาทถ้วน) ระยะเวลาในการก่อสร้าง ๙๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาหรือวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มปฏิบัติงาน ผู้สนใจยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่ระบุใน TOR รวมถึงการมีผลงานประเภทเดียวกัน วงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า ๕๐% ของวงเงินจัดจ้าง และต้องมีวิศวกรควบคุม รวมถึงโรงงานผสมแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีต การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก โดยคำนึงถึงประโยชน์ของหน่วยงานรัฐและวัตถุประสงค์การใช้งาน การจ่ายเงินจะชำระเป็นงวดเดียว ๑๐๐% ของยอดเงินในสัญญา และมีอัตราค่าปรับร้อยละ ๐.๑๐ ของราคางานต่อวันหากล่าช้า กำหนดระยะเวลารับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องอย่างน้อย ๒ ปี

The Phon Go Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sonom District, Surin Province, is implementing a project to construct a gravel road on the Huai Phai - Nong Thid Tui route in Moo 2, Ban Phon Go. This project aims to address the hardship caused by the damaged dirt road, which is full of potholes, causing inconvenience and potential accidents. The project involves constructing a road 4 meters wide, 1,650 meters long, and 0.10 meters thick, covering an area of at least 6,600 square meters, with a budget of 1,273,000 Baht. The construction period is 90 days from the contract signing date or the notice to proceed. Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR, including having relevant work experience equivalent to at least 50% of the contract value, and must have a supervising engineer and an asphalt concrete mixing plant. The selection criterion will be primarily based on price, considering the benefit to the government agency and the project’s objectives. Payment will be made in a single installment of 100% of the contract value. A penalty of 0.10% of the contract price per day will be imposed for delays. A warranty period of at least 2 years for defects is required.
