องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลลำพูน มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างหลังคาคลุมสนามกีฬาหมู่บ้าน หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลลำพูน อำเภอบ้านนาสาร จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาสนามกีฬาให้มีสภาพพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา ลดผลกระทบจากสภาพอากาศ และส่งเสริมกิจกรรมกีฬาและนันทนาการของชุมชน โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการก่อสร้างโครงสร้างหลังคา การติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าและประปาที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงงานสถาปัตยกรรมต่างๆ ตามที่ระบุในแบบก่อสร้างและรายการประกอบแบบ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างด้วยวัสดุที่มีคุณภาพ ได้มาตรฐาน และฝีมือช่างที่ได้มาตรฐาน เพื่อให้ได้สิ่งปลูกสร้างที่แข็งแรงทนทานและปลอดภัยต่อการใช้งาน
