องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลหัวถนน มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กสายป่าช้าเก่า (เชื่อมต่อโครงการเดิม) ณ หมู่ที่ 5 ตําบลหัวถนน เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตและความปลอดภัยในการสัญจรของประชาชน โครงการนี้มีขอบเขตงานที่สำคัญคือ การก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กที่มีความกว้างผิวจราจร 3.00 เมตร ความหนา 0.15 เมตร และมีความยาว 300.00 เมตร หรือคิดเป็นพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 900.00 ตารางเมตร นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงการลงหินคลุกบริเวณไหล่ทางทั้งสองข้าง โดยมีความกว้างเฉลี่ยข้างละ 0.50 เมตร งบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้สำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 521,000 บาท (ห้าแสนสองหมื่นหนึ่งพันบาทถ้วน) ระยะเวลาดำเนินการก่อสร้างคาดว่าจะอยู่ระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม ถึงเดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2569 โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 60 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้รับจ้างต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดเกี่ยวกับสัดส่วนการใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศ โดยเฉพาะเหล็กที่ใช้ในการก่อสร้างต้องไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 80 ของปริมาณเหล็กทั้งหมดที่ใช้ตามสัญญา และต้องแสดงหลักฐานการรับรองจากสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก โดยมีกำหนดการจ่ายเงินเป็น 1 งวด เมื่อผู้รับจ้างได้ส่งมอบงานครบถ้วนถูกต้องตามสัญญา

The Hua Thanon Subdistrict Administrative Organization intends to construct a reinforced concrete road, the “Old Cemetery Road (Connecting to Existing Project)” in Moo 5, Hua Thanon Subdistrict, to improve the quality of life and safety of the public. The project scope includes the construction of a concrete road with a pavement width of 3.00 meters, a thickness of 0.15 meters, and a length of 300.00 meters, or an area of not less than 900.00 square meters. It also includes the construction of gravel shoulders on both sides, averaging 0.50 meters in width. The budget allocated for this project is 521,000 Baht. The construction period is scheduled from May to July 2026, with a completion deadline of 60 days from the contract signing date. Contractors must adhere to regulations regarding the use of domestically produced materials, particularly steel, which must constitute at least 80% of the total steel used, with certification from the Federation of Thai Industries. The selection of bids will be based on price. Payment will be made in one installment upon complete and correct delivery of the work according to the contract.
