โรงพยาบาลศรีสังวรสุโขทัย สํานักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อวัสดุการแพทย์ จำนวน ๓ รายการ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของกลุ่มงานเภสัชกรรมในการรักษาผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัดในแผนกศัลยกรรมออร์โธปิดิกส์ วัตถุประสงค์หลักของการจัดซื้อครั้งนี้คือ เพื่อให้ได้วัสดุที่ใช้สำหรับยึดตรึงกระดูกที่หักและเนื้อกระดูกที่ผิดปกติ รวมถึงใช้สำหรับยึดแผ่นโลหะดามกระดูกที่หักและเนื้อกระดูกที่ผิดปกติจากโรคต่างๆ การจัดซื้อนี้จะช่วยให้การบริหารงานของโรงพยาบาลดำเนินไปได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพในการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วย คุณสมบัติของผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย หรืออยู่ระหว่างถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ มีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการเป็นบวก หรือมีทุนจดทะเบียนตามที่กำหนด หรือมีวงเงินสินเชื่อตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุ นอกจากนี้ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง รายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของวัสดุการแพทย์ที่ต้องการจัดซื้อ ได้แก่ แผ่นโลหะดามกระดูกชนิดมีหัวสกรูพยุง (Locking plate) จำนวน ๒๑๘ อัน โดยมีคุณสมบัติทั่วไปที่ทำจากโลหะ Titanium สามารถอบนึ่งฆ่าเชื้อได้ มีหนังสือรับรองมาตรฐานการผลิตและนำเข้าจาก อย. และมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคที่หลากหลายตามประเภทการใช้งาน เช่น Distal Lateral Femur Locking Plate, Proximal Femur Locking Plate, Proximal Tibia ๕.๐ mm. Locking Plate และ Proximal Tibia ๓.๕ mm. Locking Plate
