โรงพยาบาลอรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อยา Alteplase ๕๐ mg powder and solvent for solution for injection จำนวน ๙๐ กล่อง ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ ๑,๘๗๗,๘๕๐.๐๐ บาท (หนึ่งล้านแปดแสนเจ็ดหมื่นเจ็ดพันแปดร้อยห้าสิบบาทถ้วน) จากเงินบำรุงโรงพยาบาลปีงบประมาณ ๒๕๖๙ ยา Alteplase เป็นยาที่มีปริมาณการใช้สูงและมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งในการรักษาผู้ป่วยของโรงพยาบาล การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด เช่น เป็นผู้มีอาชีพขายพัสดุ, ไม่เป็นผู้ทิ้งงาน, ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน, มีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามที่กำหนด และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง กำหนดเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน ๑๐ วันทำการนับถัดจากวันที่ได้รับใบสั่งซื้อ อัตราค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบล่าช้าอยู่ที่ร้อยละ ๐.๒๐ ของราคาพัสดุที่ยังไม่ได้รับมอบต่อวัน
