สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อเครื่องเอกซเรย์เคลื่อนที่ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 300 mA ขับเคลื่อนด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า จำนวน 1 เครื่อง ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ได้เครื่องเอกซเรย์ที่มีความสามารถในการเคลื่อนย้ายไปยังสถานที่ต่างๆ ได้อย่างสะดวก สามารถถ่ายภาพทางรังสีวิทยาได้ทุกส่วนของร่างกาย และสามารถนำไปใช้ร่วมกับอุปกรณ์ที่มีอยู่ในโรงพยาบาลได้ โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,300,000 บาท กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 60 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด และต้องส่งมอบเครื่องเอกซเรย์ที่มีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะตามที่ระบุในเอกสาร TOR อย่างครบถ้วน

The Nong Bua Lamphu Provincial Public Health Office intends to procure one mobile X-ray machine, not less than 300 mA, motor-driven, via electronic bidding (e-bidding). The objective is to acquire an X-ray machine that is easily transportable, capable of imaging all body parts, and compatible with existing hospital equipment, thereby enhancing medical services. The project budget is 1,300,000 Baht, with a delivery deadline of 60 days from the contract signing date. Bid evaluation will be based on price. Bidders must meet all specified qualifications and deliver an X-ray machine conforming to the technical specifications outlined in the TOR.
