โรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ มีความต้องการจัดซื้อลิฟต์โดยสารสำหรับเตียงผู้ป่วย จำนวน 5 เครื่อง พร้อมติดตั้ง ณ อาคารกิตติวัฒนา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อทดแทนลิฟต์เดิมที่มีอายุการใช้งานมากกว่า 20 ปี และเริ่มเสื่อมสภาพจากการใช้งาน เพื่อให้บุคลากรและผู้ใช้บริการสามารถใช้งานลิฟต์ได้อย่างปลอดภัย ลดผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ลิฟต์ขัดข้องหรือหยุดการใช้งาน และป้องกันปัญหาการขาดแคลนอะไหล่ในอนาคต โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมถึงการรื้อถอนลิฟต์เก่าพร้อมระบบประกอบทั้งหมด และการติดตั้งลิฟต์ใหม่พร้อมระบบประกอบทดแทน โดยลิฟต์ใหม่ต้องเป็นของใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน และสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์และปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่ระบุในเอกสาร TOR ซึ่งรวมถึงความสามารถตามกฎหมาย การมีอาชีพขายพัสดุ การมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด การเป็นเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์หรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งอย่างเป็นทางการ การมีวิศวกรควบคุมและเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานที่ผ่านการอบรม การมีผลงานด้านการติดตั้งลิฟต์โดยสารไม่เกิน 1 ปี มูลค่าไม่น้อยกว่า 7 ล้านบาทต่อสัญญาอย่างน้อย 1 ผลงาน การมีศูนย์บริการในประเทศไทยอย่างน้อย 20 ศูนย์ และบริการแจ้งซ่อมฉุกเฉินตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง รวมถึงการมีศูนย์ TRAINING CENTER ในประเทศไทย

Thammasat University Hospital intends to procure 5 passenger elevators for patient beds, with a minimum load capacity of 1,600 kg, including installation, for the Kittiwatana Building. This project aims to replace existing elevators that are over 20 years old and have deteriorated from use, ensuring safe operation for staff and users, minimizing disruptions from elevator malfunctions, and preventing issues related to spare parts availability. The scope includes dismantling old elevators and installing new ones, which must be unused and fully functional according to specified standards. Bidders must meet all qualification requirements, including legal capacity, being in the business of selling such goods, having sufficient net worth or registered capital, being an official product owner or authorized distributor, possessing licensed engineers and certified safety officers, demonstrating a relevant installation work experience of at least 7 million baht per contract within the last year, operating at least 20 service centers in Thailand with 24-hour emergency repair services, and maintaining a TRAINING CENTER in Thailand.
