การรถไฟฟ้าขนส่งมวลชนแห่งประเทศไทย (รฟม.) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างโครงการปรับปรุงระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบสื่อสารภายในอาคารสำนักงานใหญ่ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย ประสิทธิภาพ และความเสถียรของระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบสื่อสารให้มีความทันสมัย สามารถรองรับการใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และสอดคล้องกับเทคโนโลยีปัจจุบันและอนาคต ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการปรับปรุงระบบไฟฟ้าทั้งหมดภายในอาคาร รวมถึงระบบแสงสว่าง ระบบปรับอากาศ ระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย และระบบไฟฟ้าสำรอง ตลอดจนการปรับปรุงระบบสื่อสารทั้งหมด เช่น ระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ระบบโทรศัพท์ ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) และระบบประกาศเสียง ผู้รับจ้างที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการออกแบบรายละเอียด (ถ้ามี) การจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน การติดตั้ง การทดสอบระบบ และการส่งมอบงานให้แล้วเสร็จสมบูรณ์ตามข้อกำหนดในสัญญา โดย รฟม. จะพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้เสนอราคาที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมและเสนอราคาที่คุ้มค่าที่สุด

The Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) intends to procure the project for the improvement of the electrical and communication systems within the main office building. The primary objectives are to enhance the safety, efficiency, and stability of the electrical and communication systems, ensuring they are modern, effectively support operations, and align with current and future technologies. The scope of work includes the improvement of all internal electrical systems, such as lighting, air conditioning, fire protection, and backup power systems, as well as the improvement of all communication systems, including computer networks, telephone systems, CCTV, and public address systems. The selected contractor will be responsible for detailed design (if applicable), procurement of quality materials according to standards, installation, system testing, and complete project handover as per contract specifications. MRTA will select the bidder with suitable qualifications and the most cost-effective proposal.
