The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) wishes to procure Aluminium Stranded Conductor (AL), Aluminium-Alloy Stranded Conductor (AL-ALLOY), Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR), Armour Tape, and Tie Wire, according to the specifications detailed in this document. The primary objective is to support the operation and development of PEA’s electricity network for efficiency and reliability. Bidders must supply products that comply with relevant international standards such as TIS 85, ASTM B 609, and other applicable standards. Strict adherence to quality, manufacturing, testing, and packaging requirements is mandatory. Specifically, ACSR must have grease applied to all steel wires. Packaging must meet specified standards to prevent damage during transport and storage. PEA will evaluate bidders offering products that meet all specifications and possess complete supporting documentation.
