การท่าเรือแห่งประเทศไทย (กทท.) กำลังมองหาผู้รับจ้างเพื่อพัฒนาระบบลงเวลาปฏิบัติงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ใหม่ เพื่อทดแทนระบบสแกนลายนิ้วมือเดิมที่หมดอายุการใช้งานและไม่สามารถซ่อมบำรุงได้อีกต่อไป ปัจจุบัน กทท. ใช้ระบบออนไลน์ชั่วคราวซึ่งขาดความแม่นยำและประสิทธิภาพในการตรวจสอบข้อมูล การพัฒนาระบบใหม่นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลให้ทันสมัย ลดข้อผิดพลาด เพิ่มความโปร่งใส และรักษาผลประโยชน์ของพนักงานและองค์กร

ระบบใหม่ที่ต้องการประกอบด้วย Mobile Application และการสแกนบัตรผ่านเข้า-ออก ซึ่งจะช่วยให้การประมวลผล การตรวจสอบ และการสรุปรายงานการมาปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็ว แม่นยำ และเป็นปัจจุบัน นอกจากนี้ ระบบจะต้องสามารถเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับระบบฐานข้อมูลทรัพยากรบุคคลของ กทท. ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงาน การศึกษา วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบระบบทั้งในระดับ Conceptual Design และ Detail Design การรื้อถอนอุปกรณ์เดิม การติดตั้งและปรับตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์และระบบใหม่ (รวมถึงการติดตั้งบน Virtual Machine และการเชื่อมต่อกับ Active Directory ของ กทท.) การพัฒนาโปรแกรม การทดสอบระบบ (System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Parallel Run) การฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งานและผู้ดูแลระบบ การจัดทำเอกสารคู่มือและวิดีทัศน์การใช้งาน ไปจนถึงการนำระบบออกใช้งานจริง (System Go Live) โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการและส่งมอบงานทั้งหมดภายใน 240 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา

The Port Authority of Thailand (PAT) is seeking a contractor to develop a new electronic attendance system to replace its outdated fingerprint scanning system. The current temporary online system lacks accuracy and efficiency in data verification. The new system aims to modernize human resource management, reduce errors, enhance transparency, and protect the interests of both employees and the organization.

The required new system will comprise a Mobile Application and card-based access control, facilitating fast, accurate, and up-to-date processing, verification, and reporting of employee attendance. Furthermore, the system must efficiently integrate with PAT’s human resource database.

The scope of work includes developing an operational plan, conducting system analysis and design (Conceptual and Detail Design), dismantling old equipment, installing and configuring new hardware and software (including Virtual Machine deployment and Active Directory integration), program development, system testing (SIT, UAT, Parallel Run), training users and administrators, preparing user manuals and video tutorials, and finally, system Go Live. The project duration for all operations and deliverables is 240 days from the contract signing date.
