โครงการจัดซื้อเรือกำจัดผักตบชวาและวัชพืชพร้อมอุปกรณ์จำนวน 2 ลำนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานดูแลรักษาความสะอาดลำคลอง เก็บผักตบชวา วัชพืช และขยะลอยน้ำในเขตรับผิดชอบขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลท่าทราย เรือที่จะจัดซื้อต้องมีคุณสมบัติเป็นเรือท้องแบนขนาดเล็ก ทำจากอลูมิเนียม มีเครื่องยนต์เบนซินกำลังไม่น้อยกว่า 13 แรงม้า พร้อมชุดแขนกลปรับระดับได้ และระบบไฮดรอลิคควบคุมการทำงานทั้งหมด ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย อยู่ระหว่างเลิกกิจการ หรือถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ รวมถึงต้องลงทะเบียนในการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยระบบ E-GP และรับประกันคุณภาพของเรือและอุปกรณ์เป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 6 ปี ราคากลางในการดำเนินงานอยู่ที่ลำละ 499,000 บาท รวมทั้งสิ้น 998,000 บาท

This project aims to procure two weed and aquatic plant removal boats with equipment to enhance the efficiency of cleaning canals, collecting weeds, aquatic plants, and floating debris within the jurisdiction of Tambon Tha Thray Administrative Organization. The boats must be small, flat-bottomed aluminum vessels with a minimum engine power of 13 horsepower, adjustable arm structures, and hydraulic control systems. Bidders must meet legal requirements, have no history of bankruptcy or suspension from bidding, register for electronic procurement (E-GP), and provide a warranty of at least six years for the boats and equipment. The estimated project cost is THB 998,000.
