องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลอุทัย อําเภออุทัย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์รถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) จํานวน ๑ คัน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้มีพาหนะเพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงาน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการประชาชน และเพื่อให้ได้ครุภัณฑ์ยานพาหนะและขนส่งที่ได้มาตรฐานและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อทางราชการ

ขอบเขตงานคือการจัดซื้อรถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด ๑ ตัน ขับเคลื่อน ๒ ล้อ แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ ๔ ประตู ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า ๒,๔๐๐ ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า ๑๑๐ กิโลวัตต์ รถต้องเป็นกระบะสำเร็จรูปและเป็นราคารวมเครื่องปรับอากาศและภาษีสรรพสามิต นอกจากนี้ รถต้องมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคที่ทันสมัย เช่น เครื่องยนต์มาตรฐานไอเสีย Euro 5 หรือ มอก. 3018-2563, ระบบเกียร์อัตโนมัติ, ระบบเบรก ABS และ EBD, ถุงลมนิรภัยไม่น้อยกว่า 5 จุด, ระบบควบคุมเสถียรภาพการทรงตัว (ESP), กล้องมองหลัง, เครื่องเสียงหน้าจอสัมผัสรองรับ Wireless Apple Carplay และ Android Auto, และฟิล์มกรองแสงเซรามิก

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายโดยตรงจากผู้ผลิต มีศูนย์บริการมาตรฐานในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา (ระยะทางไม่เกิน ๓๕ กิโลเมตร) และครอบคลุมทั่วประเทศ รวมถึงมีศูนย์ซ่อมตัวถังและสีในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาด้วย กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน ๖๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และผู้ขายต้องรับผิดชอบค่าจดทะเบียนรถยนต์ทั้งหมด การพิจารณาจะใช้เกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพต่อราคา (Price Performance) โดยมีงบประมาณตั้งไว้ ๙๒๓,๐๐๐ บาท

The Uthai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Uthai District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, intends to procure one diesel pickup truck. The primary objectives are to ensure sufficient vehicles for operations, enhance public service efficiency, and acquire standard-compliant transportation equipment beneficial to the government.

The scope of work involves purchasing one 1-ton, 2-wheel drive, double cab, 4-door diesel pickup truck. The engine must have a displacement of not less than 2,400 cc or a maximum power output of not less than 110 kW. The truck must have a factory-built bed, include air conditioning, and the price must cover excise tax. Additionally, the vehicle must meet modern technical specifications such as Euro 5 or TIS 3018-2563 emission standards, automatic transmission, ABS and EBD braking systems, at least 5 airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), a rearview camera, a touchscreen audio system supporting Wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto, and ceramic window film.

Bidders must be direct dealers from the manufacturer, possess standard service centers in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province (within 35 km) and nationwide, and have a body and paint repair center in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. Delivery is required within 60 days from the contract signing date, and the seller is responsible for all vehicle registration costs. The evaluation will be based on price-performance criteria, with a budget of 923,000 Baht.
