โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหาเครื่องตรวจหาสารชีวเคมีในเลือดและสารคัดหลั่งอัตโนมัติ จำนวน 1 ชุด พร้อมน้ำยาตรวจวิเคราะห์สารชีวเคมีที่จำเป็นสำหรับกลุ่มงานเทคนิคการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลทุ่งศรีอุดม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เพื่อใช้ในการตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 เครื่องที่เช่าต้องมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคที่ทันสมัย เช่น ความเร็วในการตรวจวิเคราะห์ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,040 เทสต์/ชั่วโมง มีระบบใส่สิ่งส่งตรวจอัตโนมัติ รองรับการแทรกตัวอย่างด่วน และมีระบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิที่แม่นยำ นอกจากนี้ ผู้ให้เช่ายังต้องจัดหาน้ำยาตรวจวิเคราะห์ที่หลากหลายรายการตามปริมาณที่กำหนด เช่น Glucose, BUN, Creatinine, Cholesterol, Triglyceride, HDL, LDL, Total Protein, Albumin, Bilirubin, SGOT, SGPT, Alkaline Phosphatase และ HbA1c โดยน้ำยาและเครื่องมือต้องผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพและมาตรฐานสากล ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายโดยตรงจากโรงงานผู้ผลิต และต้องนำเสนอคุณสมบัติเครื่องก่อนการเสนอราคา ระยะเวลาการเช่า 1 ปี โดยจะชำระค่าเช่าเป็นรายเดือนตามปริมาณการทดสอบที่สมบูรณ์ ผู้ให้เช่ามีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการติดตั้ง บำรุงรักษา ซ่อมแซม จัดหาอะไหล่ ติดตั้งเครื่องสำรองไฟ อบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ และรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนย้ายเครื่องเมื่อสิ้นสุดสัญญา เกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้เสนอราคาคือราคา

This project involves the rental of one automated biochemical analyzer for blood and body fluids, along with the necessary diagnostic reagents, for the Medical Technology Department of Thung Sri Udom Hospital, Ubon Ratchathani Province, for the fiscal year 2026. The primary objective is to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of disease diagnosis. The rental period is one year. Bidders must be direct authorized distributors and present the analyzer’s specifications to the hospital before submitting their bids. The selection criterion is price. The analyzer must meet specific technical requirements, including a testing speed of at least 1,040 tests/hour, automated sample loading with STAT capability, precise temperature control, and various safety features. The supplier is responsible for providing all required reagents, installation, maintenance, repairs, spare parts, UPS installation, staff training, and removal of the equipment upon contract termination.
