การไฟฟ้านครหลวง (กฟน.) มีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาซื้อ Machine Bolt ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง ๕/๘ นิ้ว ยาว ๑๒ นิ้ว (Code ๕๖๐๕-๐๐๕-๕๑๒๐๐) จำนวน ๒๕๐,๐๐๐ ชุด ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยพัสดุที่ซื้อต้องเป็นของใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน และมีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะตรงตามที่กำหนด ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย หรือถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ มีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่ประกวดราคา และไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน การยื่นข้อเสนอต้องดำเนินการผ่านระบบ e-GP โดยแยกเอกสารเป็น ๒ ส่วน คือ เอกสารส่วนที่ ๑ (คุณสมบัติทั่วไป) และส่วนที่ ๒ (เอกสารทางเทคนิคและหลักประกัน) การพิจารณาจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นสำคัญ โดยผู้ชนะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน ๒๔๐ วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา และต้องวางหลักประกันสัญญาเป็นจำนวน ๑๐% ของมูลค่าสิ่งของ
