โครงการจ้างผลิตรองเท้าทรงสูงครึ่งน่อง (แบบ JUNGLE BOOTS) จำนวน 1 รายการ ดำเนินการโดยกรมพลาธิการทหารบก (พธ.ทบ.) เพื่อสนับสนุนกำลังพลที่เข้ารับการฝึกหลักสูตร กพ.ทม.อส.วปร.พ. ๑๓/๖๘ วงเงินงบประมาณ 533,700 บาท การจัดจ้างนี้ใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามกฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงต้องมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการหรือทุนจดทะเบียนตามที่กำหนด และต้องได้รับอนุญาตประกอบกิจการโรงงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องยื่นเอกสารหลักฐานผ่านระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ เอกสารคุณสมบัติและเอกสารทางเทคนิค การพิจารณาจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาจากราคารวมต่ำสุด ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาจะต้องทำสัญญาภายใน 15 วัน และวางหลักประกันสัญญา 5% ของราคาค่าจ้าง กำหนดเวลาดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จไม่เกิน 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
