โครงการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างกล้องจุลทรรศน์ตรวจตาชนิดลำแสงแคบพร้อมอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงเพื่อถ่ายภาพแบบดิจิตอล จำนวน 1 เครื่อง ถือเป็นโครงการสำคัญที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคตาในระดับสูง โดยเฉพาะการตรวจตาส่วนหน้าอย่างละเอียด ด้วยเทคโนโลยีการถ่ายภาพดิจิตอลที่ทันสมัย ซึ่งช่วยให้แพทย์สามารถวิเคราะห์ภาพได้ทั้งแบบนิ่งและเคลื่อนไหว พร้อมระบบบันทึกข้อมูลที่มีความปลอดภัยและสามารถจัดเก็บได้ในระยะยาว กล้องจุลทรรศน์มีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะทางเทคนิคที่ครบถ้วน เช่น ระบบขยายภาพ 5 ระดับ ตั้งแต่ 5x ถึง 40x พร้อมเลนส์ตาที่มีกำลังขยายไม่ต่ำกว่า 12.5 เท่า สามารถปรับระยะห่างระหว่างตาได้ตั้งแต่ 52 ถึง 78 มิลลิเมตร พร้อมชุดกรองแสง 4 ชนิด (Blue Filter, Red-free Filter, Green Filter) และระบบปรับชดเชยสายตาได้ตั้งแต่ -4 ถึง +4 ไดออปเตอร์ ระบบลำแสงแคบสามารถปรับได้ตั้งแต่ 1 ถึง 12 มิลลิเมตร พร้อมอุปกรณ์วัดความดันลูกตาในตัว ระบบถ่ายภาพและวิดีโอสามารถทำได้ผ่านปุ่มควบคุมบน Joystick พร้อมแสดงผลบนจอภาพขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 23 นิ้ว Full HD ที่เชื่อมต่อกับคอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีสเปกไม่น้อยกว่า Intel Core i5, RAM 4 GB, SSD 1TB และโปรแกรมจัดเก็บข้อมูลภาพถ่ายและวิดีโอที่ติดตั้งมาพร้อมเครื่อง พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบครบชุด เช่น โต๊ะวางเครื่องไฟฟ้า ตู้สำรองไฟฟ้า 1000Va เก้าอี้สำหรับแพทย์และผู้ป่วยที่ปรับระดับได้ คู่มือการใช้งานภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ รวมถึงการรับประกัน 2 ปี และบริการบำรุงรักษาทุก 6 เดือน พร้อมเอกสารรับรองคุณภาพจากผู้ผลิตและมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 หรือ ISO 13485 ซึ่งเป็นข้อกำหนดสำคัญที่ต้องมีสำหรับผู้ขายที่เข้าร่วมโครงการนี้

This project involves the procurement of a slit-lamp biomicroscope with digital imaging capabilities for ophthalmic examination, including 1 unit of a high-precision slit-lamp microscope with digital imaging and video recording. The system supports both still and dynamic image capture, with advanced features such as 5x to 40x magnification, adjustable interpupillary distance (52–78 mm), blue filter, red-free filter, green filter, and adjustable diopter correction (-4 to +4). The device includes a built-in tonometer, adjustable slit width (1–12 mm), and a digital imaging system with a 23-inch Full HD monitor. It is accompanied by a computer with Intel Core i5 processor, 4 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, and a dedicated software for image and video storage. The package includes a power stabilizer (1000Va), adjustable examination table, patient and physician chairs, user manuals in Thai and English, and a 2-year warranty with biannual maintenance. The supplier must be certified under ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 and must be the authorized distributor. This project aims to enhance diagnostic capabilities in ophthalmology, particularly for anterior segment evaluation, with a focus on digital documentation and data security.
