โครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์สำนักงานของกองการศึกษา เทศบาลนครเจ้าพระยาสุรศักดิ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อและติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศแบบแยกส่วน (Inverter) แบบแขวน จำนวน 2 รายการ รวมทั้งสิ้น 76 เครื่อง เพื่อนำไปติดตั้งในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก 5 แห่งในสังกัด ได้แก่ ศูนย์ฯ ซากค้อ, ศูนย์ฯ วัดบ่อวิน, ศูนย์ฯ ตำบลบึง, ศูนย์ฯ วัดพิบูลสัณหธรรม และศูนย์ฯ บ้านเขาตะแบก เพื่อช่วยระบายความร้อน ปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมในห้องเรียนให้เหมาะสมต่อการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาการของเด็กเล็ก พร้อมทั้งลดผลกระทบจากฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็ก (PM 2.5)

โครงการนี้กำหนดราคากลางไว้ที่ 3,689,600 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ แล้ว) แบ่งเป็นเครื่องปรับอากาศขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 30,000 BTU จำนวน 60 เครื่อง (ราคาเครื่องละ 47,200 บาท) และขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 36,000 BTU จำนวน 16 เครื่อง (ราคาเครื่องละ 53,600 บาท) ซึ่งราคานี้รวมค่าติดตั้งและอุปกรณ์ประกอบตามมาตรฐานแล้ว ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งระบบเครื่องปรับอากาศและระบบไฟฟ้าใหม่ทั้งหมดโดยช่างผู้ชำนาญการ พร้อมรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของตัวเครื่องและอุปกรณ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี และรับประกันคอมเพรสเซอร์ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี รวมถึงบริการล้างทำความสะอาดฟรีอย่างน้อยปีละ 1 ครั้งในระยะเวลารับประกัน ระยะเวลาดำเนินการส่งมอบงานทั้งหมดภายใน 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และใช้เกณฑ์ราคา (ราคารวม) ในการพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะการเสนอราคา

This procurement project by the Education Division of Chaophraya Surasak Municipality aims to purchase and install 76 units of split-type inverter air conditioners (suspended type) for 5 child development centers under its jurisdiction. The procurement consists of 16 units of at least 36,000 BTU and 60 units of at least 30,000 BTU. The primary objectives are to reduce classroom temperatures, improve the learning environment, and mitigate the impact of PM 2.5 fine dust on young children and staff. The total budget and reference price are set at 3,689,600 Baht (inclusive of VAT and all installation expenses), based on standard prices of 47,200 Baht/unit for the 30,000 BTU model and 53,600 Baht/unit for the 36,000 BTU model. The scope of work covers complete installation, wiring, and restoration of the premises by skilled technicians. The project duration is 90 days from the contract signing date. Bids will be evaluated based on the lowest total price. The contractor must provide a minimum 1-year warranty for the units and accessories, a 5-year warranty for compressors, and free annual cleaning services during the warranty period.
