องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านต้อง จังหวัดบึงกาฬ กำลังดำเนินการจัดจ้างโครงการก่อสร้างระบบประปาแบบหอถังสูงขนาด 10 ลูกบาศก์เมตร พร้อมเจาะบ่อบาดาล ณ หมู่ที่ 13 บ้านศิริมงคล ตำบลบ้านต้อง อำเภอเซกา จังหวัดบึงกาฬ ด้วยงบประมาณ 602,000 บาท โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่สามารถเข้าถึงน้ำประปาที่สะอาด ปลอดภัย และมีใช้อย่างเพียงพอตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของคนในชุมชนให้ดีขึ้น

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการก่อสร้างหอถังสูงขนาด 10 ลบ.ม. ซึ่งประกอบด้วยถังไฟเบอร์กลาสขนาด 2.5 ลบ.ม. จำนวน 4 ลูก การเจาะบ่อบาดาลขนาด 5 นิ้ว พร้อมติดตั้งเครื่องสูบน้ำไฟฟ้าแบบมอเตอร์จมใต้น้ำ และการเดินระบบท่อส่งน้ำดิบและท่อจ่ายน้ำดี รวมถึงการทดสอบระบบทั้งหมด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่ประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างของทางราชการในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 300,000 บาท การพิจารณาผู้ชนะการประมูลจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก
