ศูนย์ส่งเสริมการใช้หญ้าแฝกอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาจ้างเหมาบริการเพาะชำหญ้าแฝกจำนวน 9,000,000 กล้า โดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อให้บรรลุตามแผนปฏิบัติงานประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การเตรียมแปลงเพาะ การกรอกดินใส่ถุง การปลูกหญ้าแฝกลงถุง การเตรียมพื้นที่ปลูก การขนส่งกล้าหญ้าแฝกไปยังพื้นที่ปลูก การปลูกตามฤดูกาลที่เหมาะสม การดูแลรักษา และการปลูกซ่อมแซมต้นที่ตาย เพื่อให้ได้อัตราการรอดตายไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 80 ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการตามหลักวิชาการและมีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยจะมีการแบ่งการจ่ายเงินออกเป็น 3 งวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน งบประมาณโครงการรวมทั้งสิ้น 880,000 บาท การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก

The Center for Promotion of Vetiver Grass Usage Under the Royal Initiative, Chiang Mai Province, intends to procure the service of cultivating 9,000,000 vetiver grass seedlings through electronic bidding (e-bidding) to fulfill the operational plan for the fiscal year 2026. The scope of work includes preparing nursery beds, filling soil into bags, planting vetiver seedlings into bags, preparing planting areas, transporting seedlings to the planting sites, seasonal planting, maintenance, and replanting dead seedlings to achieve a survival rate of at least 80%. The contractor must adhere to academic principles and possess relevant experience. Payment will be disbursed in three installments based on work progress. The total project budget is 880,000 Baht, and the selection will be based on the price criterion.
